Weddings & Elopements

1. Do you travel?

I do! Traveling is a HUGE passion of mine and I will gladly travel wherever your big day is located, whether that be just an hour away, several states away, or even in a whole other country! Travel expenses (flight/gas, hotel, car) will be added to your retainer fee when you book and all travel will then be booked by me.

2. Do you offer a second shooter?

I shoot weddings and elopements by myself. Although, sometimes a wedding day's timeline or guest count would benefit from an additional shooter. We can discuss this as well as the additional cost for a second shooter during your consultation.

3. What is the turnaround time on our photos?

You can expect a preview within one week and your complete gallery will be ready within four weeks (typically earlier) from the date of your wedding.

4. How do we receive our photos?

If you choose to add an engagement shoot to your package, those images will be delivered through an online gallery and will be available for download on any device. You wedding preview will be available in this same way. However, your full wedding gallery will be delivered on a special USB drive where I will also include your engagement session.

5. How many photos will we receive?

Each wedding day is unique and I want you to have the photos that capture the essence of your big day! Typically you'll have 400+ edited photos depending on the day's timeline and amount of coverage you want.

Due to the much more intimate nature of an elopement, you'll have 200+ images.

6. I don't think we can afford/don't need all of that coverage. Can you work with our budget/needs?

Of course! I've shot weddings where it was just a ceremony and they didn't have a reception. And I totally understand being tighter on money. My basic wedding services are just a guideline to fit most, but not all, weddings. During your consultation we can certainly assess what it is you're wanting for your wedding day and work around that to still provide you with timeless memories.

7. How do we book you?

I am so ecstatic that you love my work enough to trust me with preserving your wedding day! After your initial inquiry and we confer together about your needs, you'll sign an online contract and pay a non-refundable 25% retainer fee (50% retainer fee for elopements) to reserve your date and the final 75% of the package cost will be due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

Portraits

1. Do you travel?

Of course! If a portrait session takes place further than 30 minutes or 20 miles outside of the Sarasota/Bradenton area then I will factor in any travel expenses to your retainer fee.

2. What is the turnaround time on my photos?

Portrait sessions will be delivered within one week from the shoot date.

3. How do I receive my photos?

These photos are delivered through an online gallery via a link I send to you through email and are then available for download on any device.

4. How many photos will I receive?

Depending on the type of portrait session, you will receive between 10-20 photos. If you would like more photos than what is offered, you are more than welcome to pay an extra $5 per photo.

5. How do I book you?

After your inquiry, we'll talk about the type of session you'd like, you'll sign an online contract and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to reserve that time and day. The final payment is due by the day of your shoot before we get started.
